Voice Who Cries Poem by Diana Americano

Voice Who Cries

It speaks
it wakes
follows my every move
never leaves my side
appears at moments of weakness
no speaking this time
only whines
cries of pain
the voice screams
blood curdling
scars ripping at the seams
head throbbing
the voice is sobbing
demon?
child?
voice..what are you?
I wish I knew
voice you sob and cry
how did you die?
why me?
cant you see..
we are not alike
maybe just a little..
or a lot..
but please voice try
try to leave but dont cry
