Victim is also tyrant

Victim is also tyrant
And tyrant is also victim
Roles are interchanged by each opponent
Muddled roles! but we normally sympathies with martyr-victim

A 'racket or game' played by the two
Both have a 'pay' off and 'cost' too
Conscious or sub conscious, the cost always exceeds pay off - benefits
Transactional Analysis clearly shows that it is true.

Woman in general have played martyr or victim of man
Individual as underdog things, he is victim of the system, paralyzed that 'he can'!
So for the boss and his staff, criminal - dictator and society
But the tyrant's cost is as heavy as of martyred man.

The point is to know the heavy cost and give up the pay off.
Just watching or submitting to tyrant is doing in justice to both players
Unaware, the society harvests the bitter crop
Let us wake up, to equality and love and be real friendly team players.
