Vengeance Poem by Thomas Ware

Vengeance

Burn,
Let the world burn before you,
Feel the glare and heat from your enemies death.

The red grin,
Blood and joy mix, colliding,
Fire and ashes bring hope and savage glee from their last breath.

Rage,
You have been wronged now let it out,
Let the globe feel your rightful wrath,
Let the living fear, let the dead rot,
No mercy for those for which you care not.

Flame and darkness, but flames are light,
They shadows cast,
And those shades are the wings of night,
Let vengeance roar, let justice soar,
Let your opponents scream, before breaks the dawn, and the tables turn more.

Stand on the mountain,
Behold the desolation,
See the destruction and embodiment of retribution.
Before you lies the ruins of life, and pointless strife,
And you brimming over with laughs rife.
