The thing about a true friendship,
To that one that true friendship...
Is easily given.
Once it is given and it is diminished,
By a taking it for granted...
As if for them,
Another becomes depended on it.
To do what they please to be accepted.

Is a bunch of....!

It sooner or later develops with a discovery,
True friendship like this...
Does not come often or anymore exists.
Or can be had at a dime per dozen.
And in these days,
Validated to be dishonest and crazed...
A true friend is as rare,
As finding cheap gasoline.
