Vaccine 2020 Poem by Alexandra Motschmann

Vaccine 2020

Rating: 3.3

Oh Billy boy oh Billy boy,
money is a tempting toy
Despite all the great charity
the principle of subsidiarity
is most important every day
and respect we have to pay,
depending on the neighborhood
it might be bad or might be good.
Each person is the master of his fate
which he himself has to create.

So let it be everyone's choice
to raise up his own voice.

Gates need to be open all time long
as we know we all belong
to the same kind
longing to find
the remedy for others
all our sisters and brothers
but to force any conclusion
is a contra-productive illusion
and against humanity
and our moral duty.

So let it be everyone's choice
to raise up her own voice.

Choices are important though it is also necessary for the governments to make the right call for caution. Preventing further cases. Decisions are difficult. Its been a tough year for so many.
