Used And Abused Poem by Melvina Germain

Used And Abused

Rating: 5.0

You took my heart, tore it apart,
Pretending to love me, there in the dark.
You laughed as if I were a joke,
I cried, you mean old bloke.
No more will I let anyone make a fool of me.
I’m better than that, you’ll see.

There is great passion and soul here. As long as we don't abandon our humanity as we grow, we can thrive...A great poem.

I cried! ! ! With the muse of love and pain. Nice work; and, thanks for sharing this poem with us.
