(untitled #5) Poem by bob barci

(untitled #5)

Don't need tight jeans,
an overabundance of muscles,
or even incredible good looks.
I do alright.
My jeans are comfortably loose,
I'll admit, I can stand to lose some weight,
and my looks aren't half bad.
I get my share of stares that say:
'I'm more than interested,
your place or mine? '
I've taken a few up on their offer.
Don't have to worry.
The offers will always come.
I'll pass it or take it, depending on my mood.
Some offers weren't so great,
others I want to repeat.
The offers come in a variety of places,
just about everywhere I go.
All I have to do is take notice of them.
Hmmmm, I notice you staring.
Not bad, I'd be interested.
Why don't you make me an offer I can't refuse?
