Untitled Poem by GAUTHAM LONGMAN

Untitled

The sun is shining bright
But its raining in my heart.
To give a smile I fight
But inside, it's tearing me apart.

Weaving a thread of dream,
I try to keep it together.
It's not as simple as it seem
Its not a dream to get her.

This time the only goal
Is to make her forget.
Forget it all
That she'd later regret.

I'm fighting to hold it inside,
Not letting My eyes get wet.
Waiting for the rain to subside
And walk off into the sunset.

Well done...I especially like the way the beginning and end are written. A situation like the one described in this poem certainly is painful, and when you're in pain, it's fun to have something like the sun to keep you company :)
