Until The End Of Time Poem by Athena Macknight

Until The End Of Time

The softness of your cheeks rest on the pillow at night
your warm body in front of the fan letting the cool air in
your sweet caring eyes lightly closed hearing everything around you
that shaved blonde head facing the door
your caring heart trying not to cry
I can't see it in your eyes anymore
I don't see the love that use to be there
I see you pulling away
cutting yourself from me
you made your mind up its over
Our friends tell me you really love me
they say you still do
watching as those blue eyes won't look into mine
watching as your head is down
Maybe that is true
so until i know for sure i will wait for you until the end of time

Very romantic, true love is worth the wait. Great writing.
