Help, I cant do this anymore im hiding behind closed doors,
I've lost myself once again, I need someone to help me mend,
Just hold me close to you, let me believe you need me too,
Im just asking for a helping hand, surely im not being bland,

Be my friend and help me, wake me up, let me see,

Help, im losing my mind, I've left myself behind,
Im isolated and im too blame, the truth is i need you to keep me sane,
Cover my eyes with cotton wool, wrap me up and keep me warm.

Help, Im pushing you away, im saying things i regret each day,
I lay here when im alone and think, thoughts are evil they make me so weak,
I feel selfish for wanting more, but if you were a friend you would open the door,
Contemplating what to do, i need a friend to help me through.

How can you look into my eyes, and see what im feeling on the inside,
