You flirt with me
so jokingly
but what you don't see
is the effect you have on me.
you don't truly know
the way I feel
and I'm not sure
that I will ever tell you
It would be too hard
to explain what you've done
how you've changed my heart
made me feel
something
I thought I would never experience
how you accomplished this
I do not know
Your infiltration of my heart
went unnoticed
until it was too late
and you had already made yourself at home
in this new place in my heart
created specially for you.
