Two Places Poem by Eli MorenoDrew

Two Places

Science tells us
that nothing can be in two places
at the same time.
But tell me, M.I.T physicist,
Who held me last night?
Because I could swear someone's
arm came across my chest and squeezed me.
And someone's tender lips kissed my neck
not once, or twice, but four times and then
nuzzled between the right angle my shoulder and neck create.
And then,
this,
Angel,
whispered in my ear,
squeezed me
and I opened my eyes.
Gone.

So I messaged her.
'How can you be in two places at once? '
'What? '
'Nothing. How was your day? '
