In The Sky Poem by Eli MorenoDrew

In The Sky

You rare, odd beauty.
How can something like you
Insist on confusing not only
My mind, but the minds of others?

You blanket us with your grace.
Yet you deprive us of what we want.

Such a simple request,
And you still dispossess us
Leaving me wanting, begging, craving
What you have.

Persistent you remain though.
Teasing my thirst at every
Chance you get.
I know you won't give me what I want.
