If you wanna cry. Baby cry.
Let your tears smudge your face.
Let them fall to the floor.
Trust me; it is okay to cry.

Don't hide away.
Don't sit in the dark,
blinds shut, eyes closed.
Trust me; it is not healthy.

If you have to scream, shout and yell.
Do it, but don't shut yourself away.
Do what you have to do.
Trust me; it's never your fault.

Feel how you feel now, but don't feel it all the time.
You mourn, you grieve, but stay strong.
Think of the happy memories.
Trust me; you'll be okay.
