Tree Weaver Poem by Debora Soramaki

Tree Weaver

A man of dark shadow
Escapes on his own
As her face is aglow
His feelings aren't shown
He's a tree weaver
For hours on end
Is he out to deceive her?
What's the message he'll send?
Fireflies flutter
For her delight
He just wants to cut her
Tree weaver's not right
Where's the melody
Where's the harmony, tonight?
