Iron Ore Territory Poem by Debora Soramaki

Iron Ore Territory

Many trails are amongst
The long bladed fields
Of greenish yellow glow
Surrounding the bodies of
Water filled regions
Thousands of years ago
Scents of pine and mossy cliffs
The massive forest home yields
Staggering distances between
The iron ore pits below.
