Treasure Chest! Poem by Jenny Molloy

You can stop yourself crying,
Lock up all your pain.
Put it in the treasure chest,
Trough away the key.
Watch it sinking to the bottom of the ocean,
Look at me dreams fade away.
But what I can not do,
Is to hide from you.
You must slowly slip away,
I’m stuck here watching, waiting.
For you to close your eyes,
And say goodbye.
All hope is gone,
My fear is now here.
My life is locked up,
Now your not here!
