Trafficking Life Poem by Kevin Moore

Trafficking Life

Rating: 4.3

Hanging silent in the sky
above a concrete earth,
sightless electrons lensed
green, yellow, red (timed flow)
inside a metal box
dictate pulse along the
concrete arteries to marching
bands of blinded ants who
start, slow, stop (timed life)
wrapped up inside their
metal boxes, sightless passers-by
hanging silent in the sky.
