To my Ex.

I choose you when my heart beat like the bata drum at ayegbaju market,
Without thinking twice, doubting or pausing I arranged my heart like skelewu dance, dancing when I'm not fit,
Like a dream, time flies that I can't remember where or when we start,
But in a blink of an eye, your action sounds. Us departh...

I wish I could turn back and rewind the clock,
Maybe I would find you again, but your heart is elsewhere struck,
Each time I travel in thought, I ask Deity why I'm unlucky,
But when I remember your fault, I realise we can't swim in love again like the duck..

Some says I'm too sensitive and a fool for loving you,
Another crew says, that's who you're, you've never loved but you always fool...
Others affirm it that, you're the sorrow, that a faithful guy like me mistakenly choose,
But I wonder why you pretend in His presence to be preety cool?

Probably our break up is to show the real lover affection,
And to save preserve my holy heart for the best affection,
I can't belief I have wasted my time on your imperfections,
You have to understand this, you won't get someone like me, it's an assertion...
