To Live In The Moment Poem by Barbara Nixon

To Live In The Moment

Rating: 3.8

To inhale each breath from a peaceful harbour
embracing life's ether in a woe laden heart
releasing old fears, making peace with sparring demons
accepting vulnerability, shedding life's armour.

To feel the rays of the sun caress tired flesh
attaining inner happiness regardless of circumstance
showing acts of kindness each day without reward
rejecting negativity, birthing optimism afresh.

i read the poem to know the way to live the moment to make it my life-style but i found the poem is weak.not enough to face the life difficulties (you said..attaining inner happiness REGARDLESS the circumstance) i see ignorance to the circumstance is not positive a thought. and when you want to be kind you chose the word (showing) . marks +7... keep going forward and fix the little mistakes :)
