To Insult Or Not Insult Poem by Leaking Pen

To Insult Or Not Insult

Rhyme this! Rhyme that!
I am having a giant headache
The business of poetry
Is like marketing or advertising
A catch phrase, a meaning bending
Alluring seduction seeks our attention
Who controls power of the purse?
Words in dictionary…
Master to one, salve to others
Decorative verse like a pillow's fluffs
Once a head sinks in it…
It looses its boasting shape
A master hand is needed to fluff it back to life,
Surely not mine perhaps your magnificence
This poem- if it could be called as such-
Lacks etiquette or any humility yielding signs
I need to put an end to my poetic babbling
And end this poem by shooting myself!
