Tired Poem by Eliza Crawford

Tired

Sometimes I get tired.
So tired that I simply can not.
Can not read,
Can not speak,
Can not eat,
Can not sleep
Can not function as one should.
Sometimes I get so exhausted,
That everything slows down.
The world stops,
The people freeze,
And as the winds die,
All signs of life disappear
As I bow my head
And cry.
