Tired Poem by syzygy aribs

Tired

I'm tired of attention when it aint from the
right people, all I really want is a void to call
my own.
I'm tired of wearing this guilty crown,
& thinking honesty would bring me sanity, I
burnt all my lies on the pyres.
I'm tired of smiling outta feigned fear,
because when push comes to shove, civility
goes out the window, and a monster is born.
I'm tired of watching from the sidelines as
everyoneelse's life unfolds, not caring being
pawns in sommeoneelse's game and
Chasing things that don't last...
