Time Eats All Beauty Poem by Lee Claiborne

Time Eats All Beauty

Time eats all beauty
& Belches out the bones,

& though wise hands reach to save it
Their brittle efforts are vainly sown.

All have a time of ruin
Both beautiful & gruesome alike,

so hold tightly what u can today
For even today time may strike.

Time eats all beauty
