This Virgin Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

This Virgin

This virgin

What is seen
-near, far, left and right,
-everywhere, all around
-is whiteness,
-white, white, white
-visible to the eyes…

A nymphet is bride
-hidden of Moon and Sun
-never felt a man's touch.

This virgin is great
-when lonely in her bed
-representing divine.

Beauty of her chest
-can freeze the wizards
- (No inhale, nor exhale;
-breathless, mesmerised.)

Circulates around her
-whirlpool of fresh air
-to remove parts of her
-to form the blizzards.

Beauty surrounds us
-with snow in the air
-blankets and mattress
-and pillows of softness.

Snow's pain begins with
-man's ego and steps
-get close, closer,
-with varied inventions.

With mankind's convention
-on self-love, selfishness,
-in the name of comfort,
-Virgin melts and is hurt,
-even choked into death;
-rarely has chance to rest!
