I sit
So quiet
In the lush green grass
I sit
Just waiting
For the time to pass
I sit so lonely
Wanting to see you
I sit
Just watching
For you to walk by
I stand
And glance around
Nervous that you won't come
I pace
Afraid
I won't see you again
I smile
Relieved
As you finally approach
I melt
Falling into
Your chocolate brown eyes
I sigh
As I lay
My head on your chest
I shiver
To feel
Your breath in my hair
I sleep with your arms
Wrapped gently around me
I dream
Of staying
In this moment forever
