Ho! Ho! The farmers
Cried
And maned horses
They of the country-side
You should have
Heard their hoofs
Expression of their
Sub-conscious sun and
Weariness of the day.

‘A few verses to save'
The whipped stars
Cried
And it was night
And dusk was done.

Round the corner
Of the vast farmhouse
The rain, clouds and
Winds they looked
When to start on
The heaven's orchestra
The day was done
