Their thoughts so bright.
They all are so fair.
Like gems very rare.
They all are so nice.
Just as cool as ice.
They all are so kind.
Like them none I find.
They all are so polite.
Should I call hypocrite.

If there are the qualities that you have described in a person, and his acts verify it, he is not a hypocrite. But if his acts are different than what he says to others, definitely he is a hypocrite. It's difficult to decide who is a hypocrite and who is not. Anyway, the poem is nice, you appeared as an angry young man in this poem.
