The world so compact here,
I just sit in and stare.
It was a lovely day
When the room was not with whey
But now I stare at the lonely ray
Which makes it out a cracky way.
Through the window out I see
A garden full of trees
And the birds fly above the grassy sea
Mocking, teasing and laughing at me.
I say-
The world so compact here
I just sit in and stare.
Wish to fly like birds and
Take leave from the hectic work
But when the clock struck,
I’m back to work.
How complicated to sit with one
Who is not a fun,
To work with one
And to eat just a bun?
The world so compact here
I just sit in and stare.
If the space was a little more,
Things would come through the little door.
And I sit on the bench and snore,
Till it’s time to four.
And four ends the day
Of working hours of the day
And out from the room now I stay
For a new morning, I pray.
And then I say-
The world so compact there.
I just sat in and stared.
