The world is alright
Though your eyes show fear
There is nothing to worry about
Everything is fine, my dear

We act on this big stage
We are grown-ups playing our part
It is all just a big game
It will never fall apart

How can I reassure you further?
Please believe in me
There is nothing to be afraid of
The world is beautiful, you see

Such is my message to childhood
Be happy and laugh out loud
No tears to gather in your eyes
My pledge to you avowed

The world is alright
Though your eyes show fear
There is nothing to worry about
Leave that to us, my dear
