As I lay alone, I think..
I think of all who came along
And each sang their own song
I wonder, why were they even there
Their purpose was maybe just to prepare
Prepare me for life
And teach lesson, so I never despair

I think of each and everyone
Their presence in my life however short or long
One taught me a lesson and was gone
Another healed me and walked all along, way too long

One gave me company in the journey of few hours
Shared the stories of evening's at Eiffel towers
One just needed to hold my hands
Just before the take off and as the plane lands

Then one came along, just to meet
And the actual purpose was, to bring me to my feet
One taught me, how to have fun
Taught to how to sip the moonlight and drink the goldeness of the sun
How to relish the moment before it passes by
Never miss a chance to kiss the blues, a good bye

Some came along to clear the mist
Some came along to give a fist
Some helped me in my state of blue
And those who stayed forever, are only a few
Some came in to give me my religious goals
Little did they know, I ll escape through the holes
One boosted my spirits everytime I went down
One got me ashore just as I was about to drown
One held me tight
Showed me the bright shining light

Then one came along to bring my soul back
The soul, I had hidden deep down, sealed in a pack
Just when my life was dead
And everything was dark and dingy ahead
I returned to life again
And lived it this time, free of all the pain
The blooming flowers
The spattering waterfalls
The mighty hilltops
The beautiful blues of the seas
Somewhere in the journey of life, when I was in a freeze
I melted
As the wrapping arms, released the warmth around me
Inspired me and lit my soul on fire
Fulfilled each of my fantasy and my desire!

I think about each one that came along
I think of each as they sung with me my life's beautiful song
