The Treasures I Have Poem by Minerva Montecalvo

The Treasures I Have

No bronze, silver nor gold
Could ever compare the treasures I hold.
They are the only gems in my life
That give our little house happiness and light.

Three kids came out from me alive
What a wonderful feeling they give to my life.
Miracle came when I bore a child in my womb
And I feel that I am so lucky one.

Some are struggling to have one
That is why I toke extra care
And I should always remember
Be ready and prepare.

Not all are given a chance
To cradle a child in thy arms.
Then come the second child to my life.
That adds life to our little pad.

God is so great, I thought there was none
But He gave us another one
That made my life so full
They are my life's treasures.
