The Transitory Poem by Mohammad Khan

The Transitory

Rating: 5.0

Light passes through us,
Comes from the heaven down to the earth,
Ties us up together in a divine enclosure,
As time goes on and on to the end of the universe

I kiss you on the forehead, hold you inside me,
I feel you cry in your core
Your silence makes me aloud more and more
You let me go on and on, and again, you turn me off

As you see every moment passes on,
Streams run across the valleys,
No moment comes back as no stream returns.
Let's make every moment a memory,
Let's drink and swim every stream we chance.

We are to unravel countless knots,
We feel how much it hurts.
Let's open all doors when the sun shines,
Let's drink the last glass of wine before the ruins
