The Tomb Poem by Pete Rivera

The Tomb

In the dawn of snowfall
The uranium crystals bore
A light to cancel the shadows
To dispel them forever more
That we should walk on the sandy shore
That we should run on the sandy shore

Look up at the clouds
As they pass over town
With merrily the wind carry no sound
I searched for love
And it was you that I found

The clouds of snowberry hill
And the dissipating gems
As I watch the manor on the hill
The cold shall sever my limbs

Look up at the clouds
As they pass over town
With merrily the wind carry no sound
I searched for love
And it was you that I found

So lead me to a tomb
Of which I know
And I will notice
The world has gone to hell
But it is you and I that will
Continue on this path of broken hearts
But it is you and I that will
Continue on this path of broken hearts
