The Tiger Nebula Poem by Bill Cantrell

The Tiger Nebula

Rating: 5.0

Leaping throughout the endlessness,
devouring all stars in site
Finally we see the lair of the beast,
Inside a black hole, it resides

The event horizon is its reach
Look, the child becomes a man
It's reach will expand with every meal,
a bird is snatched from a branch once concealed

When one encounters another of its kind,
the two become as one
A tiger will never share its meal,
then it consumes the smoking gun

Granted, it's beauty is beyond all compare,
with colors that even rainbows desire
Don't ask why it never dies, or why it only grows
Inquire to my friend, miss Harley White, I'm sure she probably knows

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
This is a tribute to Harley White, I could not upload the picture, it's actually a rock that looks like a tiger with brilliant colors

A fascinating tale of the far galaxy with all stars and glittering stones like structures, they are indeed mystery to us.5*****
