The Storm Has Passed Poem by Joanie Tarr

The Storm Has Passed

Rating: 5.0

The storm has passed and calmness should reign
The waters have stilled and you are released from pain.
Memories sparkle in snowflakes like a diamond
Twisting, turning, dancing, teasing, white and
Twirling around and around, a heaven sent.
A lifetime supply, for a life well spent.

The quiet of the desert against the chirps of the bush
The roar of the wind, a waterfall sush.
The storm has passed and calmness should reign
The waters have stilled and you are released from pain.
The beauty of a green blade of grass
Reminds us of a man well cast.
