The Stars And Moon Will See The Dawn Poem by Alicia Erickson

The Stars And Moon Will See The Dawn

Rating: 5.0

The stars and moon will see the dawn
Surly a Queen will be transformed from a Pawn
The night is quite beautiful, I know
And it has been my shelter in the deepest low

The night is not complete without the day
Surly the horizon will lighten as I say
The stars are many eyes, and the moon has many faces
And I feel like it's pointless to continue all these races

The stars & moon will see the dawn
Surly everyone will see our love is like a fawn
The night is enchanting in every way
And soon enough the dawn will go down to day

Our Paradise within the night sky
Is like the cocoon of a transforming butterfly
I see myself a Beauty not complete
Without her Knight, and his love so sweet

The Dawn is in Life's cycle, therefore so inevitable
And our love can go above and beyond incredible
In reality though, on each others heart we trespass
And so for now the night is our Impasse.
