The Silence (Stroke) Poem by William F Glennon

The Silence (Stroke)

The Words are easy to find in your mind.
It's the speech that leaves you far behind.

The silence becomes loud and clear.
The damage will not disappear.
Translation altered which brings despair.

The struggle at hand became expression.
Not to descend into the depression.

Look around and see the love you've bestowed.
We'll always be there for you on this tough road.
