The Seaweed - Dialogue Of Star With Seaweed Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

The Seaweed - Dialogue Of Star With Seaweed

Star:
I came instead of
The moon.
Seaweed:
You are new
Star:
But a substitute.
Seaweed:
Let be, let be
I'm gentle.
Star:
I have power
More than a moon
Seaweed:
Not interested in power
Or glory.
Star:
I agree. Let's have
Humility and friendship
Seaweed:
O let me sleep and dream.
Star:
Then sleep we
And dream we
Together.
And so the star and the seaweed
Slept together and dreamt together.
