The Search Poem by Neena Change

The Search

How do you stop searching for something you've always sought?
You keep telling yourself you're done looking, you've given up
It feels true
And you completely mean it when you do
So you continue in your daily routines without much thought
Then here and there you find yourself caught
Thinking maybe it's still out there
Somewhere?
You don't want to look but somehow
You can't stop.
