The Sacrifice Of A Raven Full Of Love Poem by James Darwin Smith II

The Sacrifice Of A Raven Full Of Love

Time falters the Raven
Once reigning in purple royalty by the sun
Dreaming today in ashes
Of what everything has become

Eyes have been lost in the dark
The days of blinding rage buffoonery
Sad and lonely in internal shame
Hurt by ire of time's sad truths

The Corvus sighs to the sky
Wishing it could ever fly higher than ever before
Beyond towards the great beyond
Into a realm where peace lovingly gives out refuge

Flying with the limits the Raven does
Wishing to be one with the stars above
Included with a new constellation of love
For those to look up and have their wishes come true

The Raven flies knowing what the world has become
Feeling awkward with the surroundings
Humanity is too busy to look around
Never noticing the destruction they have caused

But the Raven keeps flying
Still full of hope upon a better future
Dreaming night and day for change

The Raven has caught a disease you see
Brought by the dire suffrage of life
Feeling every pain felt emotionally by everything
Man and Animal and even the plants and trees

Feeling everything that has been punished wrongly
The innocent, The Raven feels it all
The purity destroyed by vanity
The grace for which mankind has distanced themselves away from

Time falters for the Raven
Weak and powerless it becomes
Withering into a hopeless mess
As life shall soon expire

The Raven dies
But then awakens
In a dimension so full of love

The Raven cries with joy
As the skies of change is revealed
Giving reward to what was done
By the way the ebony beauty lived life
With all as one

Then the Raven ponders
There are so many suffering
I have to help somehow, Someway, He ponders

Tears of sadness fall down
In the eyes of sentimental sorrow

Let me live again
So I can suffer with them
Those who hurt like I once have
Or even suffered worst
The Raven says

Even if I have to inherit their pain for all of eternity
Please, give me life
So I can cure the sadness of innocent eyes

So it shall be a beam of light exclaims
Back to the life the Raven goes
Trying to cure time for those who suffer the worst
Even if it means so much pain for his own worth

No one knows of the Raven
The one who takes pain away
No need for accolades the Raven states
All is wanted by the Raven is those who once suffered
To smile and live life to its fullest

When the light shines on a raven
And the purple tint it shows
Think of the love of one Raven
And the sacrifice he has gave with love

Time is eternal for the Raven
Reigning in purple royalty by the sun
Dreaming today with rebuilt faith
Of what everything shall become

No matter how much pain endured
The Raven will always be full of love!
