The Rose Of My Blue Valley Poem by Nizamettin Esen Haymanali

The Rose Of My Blue Valley

Rating: 5.0

My regret
Piercing thorn
Of a rose
Ready to moan

As a sparkling sword
Of Damocles suspended
Just over me

And my heart its hidden sheat
Beating for good

And screaming silently
Beneath the shattered shadow of your absence

Then, I suddenly fall into my blind bottomless abyss
And I think of your peerless presence
That comes over and over
To perfume mine in my rosy dreams

Like a mystery scented flower
Kissed by your lingering lips
And caressed by your wandering hands
Bringing me an eternal blue happiness
Soaring always the serene skies of your eyes

And it makes my heart beat faster
As if I were on the road to a bright blue secret paradise
