The Rabbit And The Bear Poem by Randy McClave

The Rabbit And The Bear

I am so afraid said the rabbit
As it timidly spoke to the bear,
What are you afraid of asked the bear to the rabbit
I don't know, but something frightening is out there.
I am so frightened and ready to scram,
So, very afraid I truly am.

I will sit down beside you spoke the bear
Until you're not afraid anymore,
Then the giant grizzly sat next to the tiny hare
As they both waited for what's in store.
'No matter of the forces or the weather',
The bear spoke, 'we will face it together'.
