The Quantum Hazard Poem by Gerry Legister

The Quantum Hazard

When emerging lifestyle habits
of indulgence slow down aging.
We mortals may all still be fading
Into rare pieces of battle sites.

Thoughts, feelings, mental images
Our detailed world is disappearing
Died up with the climate changes
Yet, a new phenomenon is evolving

Much more aggressive than today
Encase beneath a thick ice crust.
The quantum hazard is on the way
Melting and writhing with the dust.

A diamond age now floats upwards
With many pieces of hate mail
Blister patches of tech wizards
that will reactivate the worst gale.

Legions rejoin a realm already reopen
With an emotional outburst sound,
Like the drought of tidal waves woken
flooding plagues the parched ground.

The rise on this side of the apocalypse
From its legendary hive to thrive
With quantum, devices limit our choice
When shadows of dark demise revive.
