The Passing Cloud Poem by sambit rout

The Passing Cloud

Rating: 5.0

Far in the Distant sky,
Over the Expanse of the blue,
Swinging through the Gusty winds,
Shining with the new dawn rays,
It came - A Passing Cloud.

It took the shape,
with every touch of wind,
As if Chiseled by the Master's Hand,
with lines of beauty drawn so fast,
She became - The Passing Cloud

I could feel her dancing,
with heavens above her head,
Crowned like a lovely princess,
dressed like a bride on the wedding day,
Hairs rolling down her head,
like the gentle over the steep,
Eyes glittered like thousand stars in a moonless night,
she looked at me.

Drawn into the ecstacy of Love and desire,
I joined the heavenly Party,
Breaking the cruelty of time & space,
I was there-
We talked and danced all day long,
Lost in her fragrance with a wish never to loose,
She spoke-Its time to move.
