John Porto was the man
Of knowledge in demand
Had been a proficient trainer
Now is gone but was a winner
Feel sad that you passed away
Intellectual inputs you gave stay
Excelling in BSMP screening skill
Let all trained Medtechs do it well
Part of him as a Medtech
On the training for expertise
Read blood smears for BSMP
To examine Malaria with quality
Oh thank you sir for this ability
