The Light Jubiliant Poem by asef fakih

The Light Jubiliant

Rating: 4.5

The wrath was pure,
when time seduced the end
to my grave, I was so sure
that the wound would be mend.
The life in a canvas
colors all blurry
I thought only death has
the color dark and starry.
Life is painful
yet wounds are to heal
hunger is disdainful
but is it sin to steal?

let me tell you what I feel
love and pain
subtlety in vain
in realities ferris wheel.

When the hunger is real
it is not sin to steal
pain is to feel
to almighty we must kneel.

The deed of human race
on this planet's face
can't do but rule
with god gifted tools,
hunger is no sin
Satan cannot win,
When the judgment day comes
trumpet sounds
human will be the ones
left judgmentbound.
Life will not stop
darkness won't crop
Satan's foretold lot
will only rot
so will hunger, so will sin.
The light will always win.
