The Laws Of Business

You go through a door
and see objects for sale
for much more than they look to be worth.
You think they're dreamin' (of course*)
and wonder what else
the seller does for a livin'.
If to boot
the seller's a frump -
defying the laws of business -
what
is the shop
a front for?

* If you've seen the movie
with the character Darryl Kerrigan
you'll know why 'of course'.
