The Lady And The Dolphins Three Poem by Karen Edwards

The Lady And The Dolphins Three

Rating: 5.0

The lady and the dolphins three,
dance in the water crystalline.
So beautiful, so wild and free
in a place untouched, still pristine.

I watch their ballet from below,
the lady and the dolphins three;
act out this priceless, splendid show
a command performance just for me.

I stood enraptured, filled with glee,
as schools of fish joined merrily,
the lady and the dolphins three
in the wondrous waltz of the sea.

How long I watched I could not say,
time stood still in their reverie.
At last, they turned and swam away,
the lady and the dolphins three.
