Theinvisible Someone Poem by Kaki Venugopala Rao

Theinvisible Someone

THE INVISIBLE SOMEONE

I get up from my bed in the morning,
Open my eyes to the world,
Sun-rays passing through the window
Kiss me so softly,
I feel the warm touch
Of the "Some one" so loving,
I look through the window,
Blossoms of rich hues blooming
In our garden with butterflies
Hovering over the blooms
Greet my eyes soothingly,
I glimpse the Supreme Beauty
Of the "Some one" beyond words,
Outside the window
Whistling of breezes,
Rustling ofleaves,
Chirping of birds,
My ears catch the music marvellous
Ofthe " Some one"
- The Master musician,
Emerging from the bedroom,
I step into the back-yard of our house,
The sky canopying,
Thick fog mantling,
Silver clouds nestling,
The baby Sun creeping,
Fog slowly melting,
Golden streaks spreading,
A celestial, colorful, amazing,
Paintingin its splendid
Glory unveiling,
I find the "Some one"
-The Master artist working
Withhis wondroushands
At painting,
The "Some one" invisible
To my mortal eyes
Working myriad miracles,
All around me, his benign presence,
Everywhere his radiant
Stamp on all things,
I feel this "Invisible Some one"
Within myelevated soul,
I just bow my head
To "The Invisible Master"
With a song springing from my heart
From the pool of ecstasy, lauding
The Master's innumerable
Glories and miracles.
